QUESTIONS ABOUT:

  • Drop-in sessions are 90-minute group coaching sessions held weekly on rotating topics like stress management, boundaries, sleep, nutrition, and challenging negative self-talk. They're informational and psychoeducational in nature. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you want with no long-term commitment.

  • $45 per session. You pay only for the sessions you attend. No subscription or package required.

  • Yes. Sessions have limited capacity, so you'll need to register and pay in advance. Check the session calendar to see upcoming topics and available dates.

  • Topics rotate monthly and include: managing workplace stress, setting boundaries, navigating your internal narrative, healthy and holistic living (sleep, nutrition, movement), and other wellness challenges middle-aged women face. The session calendar lists specific topics and dates.

  • Yes. Drop-in sessions focus on wellness and skill-building, not clinical treatment. Many participants are in therapy while also attending coaching sessions. The two can complement each other.

  • Item No. To protect confidentiality and create a safe space for all participants, sessions are not recorded.

  • All sessions are held virtually via zoom video platform. You can join from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

  • Absolutely. Many women attend drop-in sessions first to experience the coaching style and group format before deciding if the 12-week program is right for them.

Questions About Weekly Drop-In Sessions

Questions About the 4-Week Series Group

  • The 4-week series is the middle ground. Drop-in sessions ($45 each) give you maximum flexibility—attend when you can, one topic per session. The 12-week program ($3,000) is comprehensive transformation across multiple areas over three months. The 4-week series ($300) focuses on one specific challenge with the same cohort for four consecutive weeks—more structure than drop-ins, less commitment than 12 weeks.

  • We offer six rotating series topics: Burnout Recovery, Boundary Setting, Stress Management, Challenging Negative Thoughts, Navigating Midlife Transitions, and Workplace Stress & Toxic Jobs. Each series stands alone—you can take them in any order based on what you need most.

  • Four consecutive 90-minute sessions, series workbook with exercises and resources, between-session practice work (15-30 min/week), and a small cohort of 8-12 women. That's $75/session—a $30 savings compared to four drop-in sessions.

  • Attendance at all four sessions is expected because each builds on the previous one. If you can't commit to four consecutive weeks, drop-in sessions are a better fit.

  • Yes. Many women complete one series, practice what they learned, then register for another series later. Each series is standalone, so take them in any order based on your needs.

  • Choose drop-ins if you need flexibility and can't commit to consecutive weeks. Choose the 4-week series if you have one specific challenge to focus on and can commit to a month. Choose the 12-week program if you want comprehensive transformation and can commit to three months. Still unsure? Start with a drop-in session or schedule a consultation.

  • Yes, with your therapist's approval. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes and can complement each other. Discuss adding coaching with your therapist first.

  • This is coaching, not therapy. While Alicia Woodall is a licensed therapist, the Woman of Age program focuses on wellness, behavior change, and skill-building not clinical diagnosis or treatment. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical care, please seek appropriate professional support.

  • No. Sessions aren't recorded to protect confidentiality and encourage authentic participation.

  • You can continue with drop-in sessions, register for another 4-week series on a different topic, apply for the 12-week program, or take a break and practice what you learned. Many women take multiple series over time.

Questions About the Woman of Age 12-Week Program

  • Woman of Age is a structured, cohort-based coaching program for middle-aged women ready to make sustainable changes. Over 12 weeks, you'll work through a 3-phase framework (Observation, Implementation & Accountability, Maintenance) focused on building healthier habits, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with yourself. The program includes weekly 90-minute group sessions, a comprehensive workbook, and access to weekly individual office hours with Alicia.

  • $3,000 for the full 12 weeks. Payment plans may be available. Discuss options during your free consultation.

  • Yes. The 12-week program requires a free 20-minute consultation to ensure it's the right fit for where you are and what you need. The consultation gives you a chance to ask questions, discuss your goals, and learn more about the program structure.

  • Drop-in sessions are flexible, pay-per-session coaching on specific topics with no commitment. The 12-week program is structured and time-limited, designed for women ready for deeper, sustained change. It includes a comprehensive workbook, individual office hours, and a cohort model for accountability. Drop-in sessions are a good starting point; the 12-week program is for women ready to commit.

  • Cohorts are limited to 10-12 women to ensure meaningful interaction, personalized attention, and group cohesion.

  • Life happens. If you miss a session, you can catch up using the workbook and connect with other cohort members or during office hours. However, consistent attendance is important for getting the most out of the program, as the group process and accountability are key components.

  • Refund policies are outlined in the coaching agreement you'll sign before the program begins. Generally, once the program starts, refunds are not available.

  • Yes. Many participants are in therapy while also participating in the coaching program. Therapy addresses clinical mental health needs, while coaching focuses on wellness and behavior change. The two can work together. If you're in therapy, let your therapist know you're considering coaching so they can support your overall care.

  • Cohort start dates are announced on the Woman of Age program page and during consultations. Contact us or schedule a free consultation to learn about upcoming cohorts.
