4-Week Series Group Sessions: Focused Support, Structured Progress

Go deeper than drop-ins without committing to 12 weeks. Each series focuses on one topic giving you the structure and accountability to create real change in just one month.

4 weeks. 1 focused topic. Skills you'll actually use.

Not Sure If This is For You?

"I've tried drop-in sessions, but I need more structure."

Drop-in sessions are great for flexibility, but if you’re wanting deeper work on a specific issue, the 4-week series are designed for exactly that. You get professional guidance on one topic, accountability across a month, and a cohort experience that supports you along the way.

"I’m not ready for the 12-week program."

That's completely valid. The 4-week series gives you a taste of cohort-based work without the full commitment. You'll experience what it's like to work with the same group across multiple weeks, dive into one specific area, and see if this style of coaching works for you before deciding on the longer program.

The middle ground you've been looking for.

Not everyone needs 12 weeks, and not everyone thrives with drop-in flexibility. The 4-week series offers focused, progressive work on one specific challenge. Whether it’s setting boundaries, managing burnout, challenging negative thoughts, or navigating workplace stress, you get the accountability of a cohort and the structure of a curriculum.

Here's How the 4-Week Series Works

Getting started is simple. There's no pressure to commit beyond a single session. Just choose a topic, register, and show up ready to learn and connect.

Step 1

Choose Your Topic

Select the series that addresses your most pressing challenge right now: Burnout Recovery, Boundary Setting, Stress Management, or Challenging Negative Thoughts. Each series has specific start dates throughout the year.

Step 2

Register for a Group

Once you've chosen your series, register and pay the $380 fee. You'll receive confirmation, session details, and pre-work to complete before the first session.

Step 3

Attend 4 Consecutive Weekly Sessions

Show up every week for 90 minutes. Each session builds on the previous one, so attendance matters. You'll learn skills, practice with the group, and get real-time feedback and support.

Step 4

Apply What You've Learned

After the series ends, you'll have concrete tools and strategies you can continue using. Many participants join another series to build skills in a different area, or transition to the 12-week program for deeper work.

Choose Your Series Topic

Each 4-week series focuses on one specific area, giving you enough time to learn, practice, and integrate new skills. Select the topic that addresses your most immediate challenge right now.

SERIES TOPICS

SERIES 1: CHALLENGING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

Recognize cognitive distortions (catastrophizing, all-or-nothing thinking, should statements) and challenge them in real time. You'll learn to distinguish between self-awareness and self-criticism, and reframe thoughts without toxic positivity.

SERIES 2: WORKPLACE STRESS & TOXIC JOBS

Navigate difficult work environments, manage unreasonable expectations, and protect your mental health while staying employed. You'll learn to recognize when it's worth staying versus when you need an exit plan—and how to create one strategically.

SERIES 3: STRESS MANAGEMENT

Build a toolkit of strategies that actually work when you're exhausted and operating on fumes. No meditation retreats or hour-long yoga sessions required. You'll learn techniques you can use in the moment—at your desk, in the car, before bed.

SERIES 5: NAVIGATING MIDLIFE TRANSITIONS

Address identity shifts that come with empty nest, career plateaus, relationship changes, or questioning "what's next." You'll explore who you are beyond your roles and start building a vision for this next chapter without guilt or apology.

SERIES 5: BURNOUT RECOVERY

Recognize the signs of burnout, understand what's driving it, and take concrete steps to recover without quitting your job or blowing up your life. You'll learn to set realistic boundaries, manage energy (not just time), and rebuild capacity sustainably.

SERIES 6: BOUNDARY SETTING

Learn to set boundaries at work and at home without crushing guilt or fear of being labeled "difficult." You'll practice saying no, handling pushback, and maintaining boundaries even when people resist. Includes scripts and real-time role-play.

Here's What Changes

One month might not sound like a long time, but when you're focused on one specific area with structure, accountability, and peer support, significant shifts happen. Here's what becomes possible when you commit to four weeks of focused work.

For $380 per 4 week-series, here's what women are experiencing after attending:

You'll Have Actual Tools

Not vague advice or motivational platitudes. Specific, practical strategies you can use immediately. You'll leave with a toolkit tailored to your challenge, tested in real-life situations, and refined through group feedback.

You'll See Progress

Four weeks is long enough to practice new skills, see what works, and adjust your approach. You won't just learn concepts, you'll implement them, track progress, and experience measurable shifts in how you think, feel, and respond.

You'll Know What's Possible

Whether you continue with another series, transition to the 12-week program, or return to drop-in sessions, you'll have clarity about what works for you. And you'll have proof that change is possible.

Four Weeks Can Change More Than You Think

READY TO FOCUS?

You don't need months to start seeing progress. When you commit to focused work on one specific challenge with structure, accountability, and a group of women who get it, shifts happen faster than you expect.
