The Journey
This program is deliberately structured in three phases to move you from awareness to sustainable change. Each phase builds on the last, so by week 12, you're not just feeling better, you're living differently.
Phase 1: Observation (Weeks 1-4)
Before anything can change, it must be seen.
Phase 1 is all about observing your current habits and patterns without judgment. This is where you identify what's working, what's not working, and where the biggest opportunities for improvement are. No fixing, just honest, clear-eyed awareness.
Phase 2: Exploration (Weeks 5-9)
This is where behavioral change begins. With group support and weekly assignments, you'll implement new habits and strategies that align with your wellness goals.
