You're doing everything right.

So why do you feel so off?

Successful, capable women are building healthier lives here with practical tools, real support, and no clinical fluff.

This is where rebuilding your foundation begins.

You show up for everyone else. But inside, you're running on empty.

On the outside, you've got it together. Career. Family. Responsibilities handled. But on the inside? You feel disconnected. Tired. Like you're going through the motions without really feeling present in your own life.

You might call it anxiety or low-grade depression. You might not have a name for it at all. What you do know is that something's off and you don't want to spend months rehashing your past to fix it.

You want forward movement.

Real tools.

Tangible change.

The Foundational Coach helps high-functioning women slow down, take inventory, and build healthier lives without the therapy overwhelm.

I created The Foundational Coach because I kept seeing the same pattern in my therapy practice: successful women holding it all together on the outside, but feeling completely off center on the inside. They'd use words like anxiety, depression, burnout but what they were really facing was disconnection.

From themselves.

From joy.

From rest.

From clarity.

Option 1: Weekly Drop-In Virtual Group Sessions

$45 per session

A low-commitment way to get real-time support and practical tools on the wellness topics that matter most to you right now. Each week features a different topic from managing negative self-talk and work-related stress to healthy living strategies. Check the calendar, pay for the sessions that speak to you, and drop in as it fits your schedule.

Perfect if you:

•      Want to test the waters before committing to a full program

•      Need targeted support on specific issues

•      Prefer flexibility over structure

Option 2: 4-Week Series Group Coaching Sessions

$300 for 4 weeks | Cohort of 10 women

The middle ground between drop-in flexibility and 12-week transformation. Each series runs for four consecutive weeks, focusing on one specific challenge: setting boundaries, managing burnout, reducing workplace stress, or challenging negative thoughts. You'll learn practical tools, practice with a consistent group, and build skills progressively across the month. This isn't surface-level work, but it doesn't require a month of commitment. Four weeks. One topic. Real progress.

Perfect if you:

• Need more structure than drop-ins provide

• Aren't ready for the full 12-week program

• Want focused attention on one pressing challenge

• Thrive with cohort accountability and progressive learning

Option 3: Women of Age - 12 Week Intentional Program

$3,000 for 12 weeks | Cohort of 10-12 women

Four women having a conversation at a cafe table, one is taking notes, the others are smiling and talking, with a brick wall in the background.

For women who've tried to change but haven't succeeded on their own. This is the deep work—structured, supportive, and designed for lasting transformation. We meet weekly for honest reflection, accountability, and strategy. You'll observe patterns without judgment, identify what's no longer serving you, and replace old habits with intentional choices rooted in health and wholeness. Between sessions, you do the real work—implementing what we discuss so change actually sticks.

Perfect if you:

•      You've tried to change before but need structure and accountability

•      Thrive with community support

•      Are ready to invest in yourself fully

Helping women reconnect with themselves

Real tools, not just talk

Behavior-focused change that lasts

I hear you.

Let's talk about what might be holding you back.

“I don’t have time for this.”

I get it! You're already juggling so much. But consider this: how much time are you losing to brain fog, exhaustion, and spinning your wheels? This work creates time by giving you back your energy and focus

"I've tried therapy before. It didn't help."

This isn't therapy. There's no couch, no endless excavation of the past. We focus on what's happening now and what you can do about it. It's action-oriented, forward-focused coaching designed for women who want results.

"I've tried to change before and failed."

That's exactly why Woman of Age is different. You don't need more willpower. You need a proven structure. This program moves you from awareness to action to maintenance, with group accountability every step of the way. This time, change sticks.

Imagine waking up and actually

feeling rested.

Imagine having the energy to show up fully in your life. Not just for others, but for yourself. Imagine setting a boundary and not feeling guilty about it. Imagine knowing what you need and giving yourself permission to ask for it.

That's what women are building here:

•      Better sleep and more consistent energy

•      Improved relationships with the people who matter most

•      Clearer boundaries without the guilt

•      Taking ownership of your health and wellness

•      A stronger connection to themselves and what they actually want

•      The ability to pause, breathe, and respond instead of react

This isn't about perfection. It's about building a life that feels good to live.

Can I Really Do This?

Yes. And you don't have to do it alone.

Here's what I know about you: you're capable, self-aware, and deeply motivated. You wouldn't be here if you weren't. The question isn't whether you can do this. It's whether you're ready to let yourself.

You don't need to fix yourself.

You need to return to yourself. And that work? It doesn't require months of digging into your past. It requires honest observation, intentional choices, and a space where you're supported—not judged.

You've spent years taking care of everyone else. It's time to take up space in your own life.

Whether you start with a single drop-in session or book a consultation for the 12-week program, this is where you begin.

No pressure.

No judgment.

Just real support and practical tools to help you build a life that feels good on the inside and the outside..
